1. How do I pay for my Order?
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal Payment Procedure:
- Click CART and CHECKOUT after you confirm the order Fill in all the
- Fill in all the Required information and click Place my Order Choose any one of the payment method, either
- Choose any one of the payment method via Stripe, either Credit Card or Apple Pay.
Please be noted that the default payment currency for our store is United States Dollars. Any credit cards in different currencies would convert the order amount to USD automatically at the checkout.

2. Can I AMEND/CANCEL my order?
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it will not be possible to change or cancel your order.
3. How can I track my Order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and information on the carrier.
After order confirmation the delivery takes place:
- To addresses in Hong Kong within 3-5 days
- To addresses in China within 5 – 7 days
- To all other addresses within 7 – 14 days

5. Will I be charged tax/customs duties on my order?
When purchasing from the WOAW, the prices displayed are tax-free. That means that the customer may be liable to pay for duties and taxes upon receipt of the item(s). Please be advised that customs charges and/or import duties are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination and where applicable, may be levied once the parcel arrives at the destination country. Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility on the recipient and will not be covered by the WOAW. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
6. Can I use the Discount Code after the time of purchase?
We are unable to apply a voucher code or any further discounts or change your order item after an order has been placed.
7. Can I pick up my order at retail store?
Yes. Please make sure to select "Pick-Up In-Store" under shipping method during check-out. Your order will only be on hold for pick-up for up to 7 days. You will be notified by email when your order is ready to be picked up in store. Please kindly pick up your order only after a confirmation email has been sent to you and bring a copy of your invoice or display it on your mobile upon pick-up.
